I have cancelled, but haven't had my refund yet.

If you have cancelled your booking, our refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear back into your bank account. 

If you still haven't received your refund after this time, please contact our Guest Support Team by emailing guestsupportfinance@holidayextras.com and we will look into this for you.
