Amending My Booking
To give you peace of mind and flexibility you can amend your booking online.
Amending Your Booking:
The quickest and easiest way to amend your booking is online via Manage My Booking. Simply log in and you can amend your lead name, personal details, ticket date and your stay date. Did you know you can also add on extras, including tickets, exclusive in-room bundles and extend your stay all through Manage My Booking.
Amending Your Stay Date:
If something's come up and you need to change the date of your Short Break, we've made it simple and easy to amend your booking.
If you have added our cancellation protection to your booking you get extra flexibility and can amend your booking up to 36 hours before your check-in date. If you haven’t added our protection on you can still amend your booking up to 7-days before your arrival date.
To amend your stay date simply log in Manage My Booking and click the ‘Change The Date Of My Booking’. Then all there is left to do is to pick your new date, once your amendment is completed we will send you a new confirmation.
