We understand that sometimes you need to make changes to your booking.
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed break, you must notify us as soon as possible. Whilst we will endeavor to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests.
Please be aware amendments may incur additional charges. All amendments must be made through Alton Towers Holidays Customer Experience Team (calls cost 13p plus your phone company's access charge).
Any alterations requested within 36 hours of the date of ticket entrance to Alton Towers or within 36 hours of the hotel stay will be treated as a cancellation by you and you will have to pay the cancellation charges.
