I need to change the name on my booking
- If you are staying in one of our Resort Hotels and need to change the lead name on the booking, this can be simply done via visiting Manage My Booking
- Simply log in to Manage My Booking. You will then be able to click onto Edit next to Lead Name and update the details to the lead name checking in. Once this change has been made, we will send you a new Booking Confirmation within a few minutes to show the change.
Nearby Partner Hotels
- If you are staying at one of our nearby Partner Hotels, lead name changes must be done through our Guest Experience team. Please note we will need to speak to the current lead name on the booking to make any changes.
- A bank card with the guest's name is required for identification upon arrival at the accommodation before check-in. Guests are also asked to provide a credit/debit card must be provided and authorised at Reception before checking in for any in-room breakages or damage made; this will be refunded on check out.
- A set amount will be held (please see below), and if not used will be released back into your account within 5-10 working days.
- Stargazing Pods guests - No pre-authorisation required
- Alton Towers Hotel guests - A £5 pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in.
- Splash Landings Hotel guests - A £5 pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in.
- CBeebies Land Hotel - A £5 pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in.
- Enchanted Village Woodland Lodge guests - A £5 pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in.
- Luxury Treehouse guests - A £50 pre-authorisation will be taken at check-in.
If you are staying at one of our nearby hotels, a pre-authorisation may be requested by the hotel.
