I've lost something at the Alton Towers Resort.

If you have lost something in either the Theme Park or one of our Resort Hotels please let us know as soon as possible.

-Item description

-Date lost

-Location (for example, room number, theme park section)

-Time item was lost

-Guest name & reference number

-Telephone number

Please note that all lost property is only kept for 1 month and there is a postage charge for the return of items. We try to reunite items as soon as possible.
