Waterpark information 

• Tickets: Your Waterpark ticket is valid for one visit during your stay, depending on your stay date.
• Pre-Booking: You do not need to pre-book a time slot. Simply bring along your ticket for one day throughout your stay. We would recommend that you check the opening times below before you visit.

Supervision Requirements

Alton Towers Waterpark operates a strict adult to child ratio of:

One adult (aged 16+) to one child aged 4 or under One adult (aged 16+) to two children aged 5, 6 or 7

This is to comply with health and safety standards and must be adhered to.

Important Information:

• Theme Park: This package does not include Theme Park tickets, as these breaks take place when the Theme Park is closed.
