I would like to cancel my Shortbreak booking.

We hope this doesn't happen, however, if you need to cancel your booking please contact our Guest Experience Team.

Important Information:

  • Please note: in the event of a cancellation, we will need to speak with the lead name on the booking.

  • If you have not taken out our cancellation waiver, there will be cancellation fees which will be stated before your booking is cancelled & can be found in our terms and conditions.

  • We cannot cancel any bookings once within 36 hours of your stay date.
