I would like to cancel my Shortbreak booking.
If you wish to cancel your booking please visit the 'Manage My Booking' section of our website. Cancellations are available online for guests staying up until the 30th April 2020.
To access this you will need your booking reference and lead name, please then click on ‘cancel my booking’ and follow the instructions. Once your booking is cancelled we will send you an email, please remember that refunds take up to 14 working days.
Please note that we are unable to cancel your booking via our call centre.
- We are prioritising guests who are due to stay up to the 30th April 2020 - if your break falls outside of this time please check back later for advice on how to cancel or amend your break.
