How do I redeem my voucher?

You can now redeem your voucher online by visiting Manage My Booking and following the on-screen instructions. 

When can I redeem my voucher?

If your stay was impacted by a Covid-19 park closure and you have been issued with a voucher then your voucher can be redeemed online via Manage My Booking for stays up to and including 3rd July 2021, excluding Winter packages. All Vouchers must be redeemed before 8th November 2020.

When redeeming your voucher the party composition, accommodation type and any additional add-ons must stay the same where applicable.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Vouchers are valid for stays up to and including 3rd July 2021, excluding winter packages.

When I have made my voucher booking can I amend or change at a later date?

You can amend your booking as many times as you need to if your new booking is affected by future Covid-19 park closures. If your booking is not affected by Covid-19 closures, standard terms and conditions will apply once your booking has been processed.

Can I change my package or hotel when rebooking with a voucher?

When redeeming your voucher the party composition, accommodation type and any additional add-ons must stay the same where applicable.
