For guests who have a short break booking up to and including 3rd July 2020: We have relaxed our usual terms and conditions so you can now reschedule your break to another date in the 2020 season with no additional cost* by visiting the 'Manage My Booking' section of our website. Subject to availability, dates are allocated on a first come first serve basis. If you have booked a partner Hotel most will honour the price you booked at, however, there are a small number which cannot, we will let you know based on the dates you choose.
As we all deal with the challenge of the coronavirus, we are asking our team to work from home, prioritising responding to guests with imminent short breaks and the most urgent enquiries. In order to help them do that, during April and May, we’re temporarily closing our Alton Towers Holidays phone lines. Our response time
If you have emailed us or filled out an online form to change your break, we will aim to get back to you within 14 working days. Currently, we are prioritising guests who are due to stay up and including 3rd July 2020.
If you have a short break that is in the future and currently not affected by the closure dates we ask that you refrain from contacting us for the moment.
We will continue to closely monitor and follow government guidelines and are committed to keeping our guests updated through our website and help centre, so for further information and updates please check back regularly. If any future changes impact your break, we will get in touch.
