How to leave feedback 

  • How: If you would like to feedback on any part of your Shortbreak experience with Alton Towers Holidays, please fill out our Guest Contact Form below.
  • When: To ensure that we are able to investigate your feedback fully, please contact us within 28 days of your visit. We regret that we are unable to assist with feedback after this time.
