Book With Flexibility

We know that plans can change, but don't worry, with all of our short break packages you can amend your stay up to 7 days before your arrival date – or just simply add our Cancellation Protection for extra peace of mind!


Flexibility is valid on your booking up to 7 days before your arrival date. You will not be able to amend your booking within 7 days of your stay if you have not purchased Cancellation Protection.

Bookings with Cancellation Protection:

If you have added our Cancellation Protection to your booking you can change your stay date up to 36 hours before your arrival date.

Bookings without Cancellation Protection:

If your booking is not covered with our Cancellation Protection you can change your stay date up to 7 days before your arrival date.

All other changes to your booking, including lead name, personal details, ticket entry date, and carer ticket refunds can be changed or requested up to 36 hours before your arrival date. You can request these changes through Manage My Booking.

What is Cancellation Protection?

Our Cancellation Protection allows you to cancel your booking at any time up to 36 hours before the date of your stay for any reason and you'll receive a 100% refund (less the cost of Cancellation Protection). It's only a one off payment of £24.95, and when this has been added to your booking, you will have peace of mind that – whatever happens – your money is protected.

How do I amend my booking?

You can amend your stay date or ticket date by simply logging into Manage My Booking and heading to the 'Amend your booking' section. You can also amend your personal details in the 'Your details' section. We will send you a new confirmation with your updated details.

Additional Information:

If you choose to change your stay date to a different date and should your new break be more expensive, you will need to pay any additional amounts at the time of booking. Where the new Short Break is cheaper than your existing booking, we will refund the difference. All amounts will be either taken/refunded to the original payment method. Any refunds which are due can take up to 14 working days to be refunded.

Certain packages & promotional offers may be non-amendable, therefore, will be exempt from our standard terms and conditions. Any non-amendable packages will be highlighted on the event or promotion page and Help Centre.
